A: Here you can find more than 600 cryptic, profound, inspiring and thought-provoking poems published under the free cultural license CC BY-SA 4.0.
Also you can find more than 80 various and top-notch poem graphics.
Everything is free to download and share on any website, social media or other formats (according to the license conditions CC BY-SA 4.0).
A: Here are some explanations on how to navigate through the website
- On the top left you can choose between the two languages English and German.
- On the top right you will find the different categories you can choose from.
- If you click on the upper chessboard graphic, it will always lead you back to the main page.
- the green lists are slider menus. As soon as you click on an entry in the list, the selected menu slides down.
I tried to make the navigation as easy and intuitive as possible. If you still have difficulties or questions related to the navigation, please write it down with as much details as possible and send me your question.
A: Please write me the exact location of the error. If you can, please be so kind as to explain why you think it is an error.
So for example:
Book 1 - poem 14 - in line 2, the 3rd word must be capitalized because it is a noun.

Reuse questions
A: If someone enjoys my work, I want that person to be able to review also the rest of my work.
I also want that any person is able to find my work without any problems.
And if you don't mention the author or the source, you are adorning yourself with borrowed feathers.
As you can see, there are many good reasons for a license. And these were far from all the reasons, just the most important ones.
A: This information is always mandatory:
- the name of the author or his pseudonym
- the title of the poem (or graphic)
- the URL/source to the work
- a link to the license
This information must (if it is technically possible) be placed below/above or next to the used poem (or graphic). If this is not possible (e.g. if it would make the layout/format of the website look weird), then the necessary information must be provided in a "Proof of source" or "Proof of image". This proof can be found, for example, in the imprint or on a specially prepared page (which must then be pointed out to the reader).
A: Feel free to use my poems on any social media or even on your own website.
You may share my work privately, print it, send it via email or chat message, create graphics with it, and even use it commercially.
However, only as long as you adhere to the terms of the license.
A: You may use the graphics as they are. All necessary license information has been integrated into the graphics.
Questions about the pseudonym KiBLS
A: KiBLS is a kind of acronym and at the same time a newly formed artificial word. KiBLS started writing poetry privately in 2007.
On 10.04.2017 KiBLS began to publish his first works freely on the Internet. First only on Steemit and that also only with very moderate interest from the readers. Only a few weeks later, KiBLS found the platform Minds where, to his great surprise, he quickly found many subscribers and a steadily growing readership.
When the FB censorship wave hit Vietnam, Minds was flooded with new users from Vietnam and KiBLS realized that his poetry was not only popular in the German and English speaking countries, but also with Vietnamese readers. Through sites like Golos and Uptrennd (meanwhile offline), KiBLS realized that his poetry was finding many readers even in Russia and Africa.
Over time, KiBLS reached well over 8,000 subscribers on Minds alone and began to engage in various censorship-free social media. However, he soon realized that it was very time consuming to publish in many different medias and limited himself to the platform Minds where he already had 8,000 subscribers. This was followed by several articles from various online journals (for example in the "Searchenginejournal" and the Turkish "Teknotomy") in which KiBLS' channel and his poems were recommended.
Over time, the butterfly and the chessboard became a kind of trademark of KiBLS. Then, in 2021, KiBLS withdrew completely from social media and it became quieter on the internet around his poetry.
To be continued...
A: Not at the current time. However, this may change again in the future.
What would be helpful is if I've already noticed your channel (through following, upvoting, reminding or similar) and you showcase some of your work there.
And if fate wills it, we will also find together somehow.
A: Not at the moment. But possibly again in the near future.
A: I am a man!
A: I was born between 1980 and 1990 to give an indication of my age.
A: I live in Germany in a county called Odenwald.
A: No, I never have been and never will be. The chessboard may be used by the Masons, but its use is nevertheless free and in fact it is based on personal reasons. The same is true for the butterfly.
A: All my poems were written by myself.
However, some poems were co-written with co-authors. Under each poem is noted who wrote it, whether I wrote it alone or with a co-author. The poems with the co-authors are published under the same (free) license as the other poems and can therefore be used under the same conditions.
A: No, I am not for hire and I do this activity purely as a hobby and without any intention of profit.
But you can still send me your project by email. If I should be interested, I will get in touch with you. If you don't get an answer, I'm not interested.
A: Only in written form! And even written, I can't guarantee that I will respond to your request or answer every question you may have.
If you agree, send me your questions and tell me where you want to publish it and for what purpose you want to use it. A short introduction of yourself would also be very nice.
